WE STAY CLEAN – Privacy Notice

This privacy notice describes how the Cyprus Anti-Doping Authority (“CyADA”) processes your data, in relation to the "WE STAY CLEAN" educational program (the “Program”).

WE STAY CLEAN is an e-learning management system conducted in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code and the International Standards for Education, through which we collect your personal data for the purposes of tracking your learning and development activity. Your personal data may also be used or disclosed for investigations, where required or authorise by law, or otherwise where you have agreed to the use or disclosure.

We process this data to comply with our obligations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and to perform our public interest function. We also process some information based on our legitimate interests, that is protecting your and our data as part of our IT and security systems.

For the purposes of WE STAY CLEAN we collect the following information about you:

Personal Data	Purpose
Your name	Monitoring the Program and issuance of the certificate of attendance and diploma. Maintaining a registry regarding participants in the Program in order to be able to confirm that athletes and personnel have received the necessary Anti-Doping training.
Your date of birth (*applies only to athletes and coaches)	For statistical purposes For identifying the athletes and coaches who will participate in the Program.
E-mail address	For registration /connection to the Program’s online platform. Contacting you regarding updates to the course material and for other purposes relating to the Program
Your Course completion history	For monitoring progress and issuing certificates
Your Capacity (e.g. Athlete/ Coach/ Sportsman/ Parent/ Medical Staff)	For statistical purposes, to improve the Program, to monitor and control the use of the Program by athletes, coaches and other interested parties.
Sport/Sport Federation (*applies only to athletes and coaches)	For statistical purposes and for monitoring the Program. This information will also be included on the certificate and the diploma.

With whom we share the personal data?

• WADA or Other Anti-Doping Organisations
• Third party service providers, such as CyADA's IT service providers

Retention of data in the Program platform

We will keep information in the Program platform about the completion of an educational unit by participants until the deletion of the participant’s profile (either by the participant or by CyADA). In case a unit has not been completed, information about a participant having viewed part of a unit will only be kept for a week.
